Troy Marchese

Troy began his law enforcement career with the New York City Police Department, where he developed a strong foundation in urban policing and investigative practices.

In 1999, Troy relocated to Florida and joined the West Palm Beach Police Department. Over the course of his career, he rose through the ranks to Captain, serving in multiple leadership and command roles. He retired in August 2025 after 26 years of dedicated service.

Troy holds a Master’s Degree in Emergency Management and Planning from Lynn University and brings a deep understanding of police policies, procedures, internal investigations, and command-level decision-making.

As KL’s Associate Director of Client Relations, Troy leverages nearly 30 years of law enforcement experience to provide clients with exceptional service, guidance, and support. His extensive leadership experience and commitment to serving others make him a valuable resource for clients, helping them navigate the legal process with confidence, compassion, and professionalism.

Outside of the office, Troy enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
