Bennett M Lessmann, Jr. is a Founding, Co-Managing Partner, and Director of Litigation at KL Injury Attorneys, located in Boca Raton, Florida. The Firm serves clients throughout Florida.

Bennett was born in Shreveport, Louisiana and was raised in Orlando, Florida. He is a graduate of Oviedo High School (’03), the University of Central Florida (’07) and Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law (’11).

Bennett began his legal career as a prosecutor in Broward County, Florida. There he tried many criminal cases to verdict on behalf of victims. His experience as a prosecutor instilled a passion for victim advocacy.

Bennett then joined a South Florida personal injury firm, specializing in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. There, Bennett put his talents toward the service of victims of negligence throughout the state of Florida.

Bennett now co-manages KL Injury Attorneys and is the director of litigation at the Firm, handling lawsuits on behalf of victims of negligence throughout Florida’s courts. He has advocated for his clients in complicated cases involving automobile accidents, product defects, medical malpractice, construction defect, and premises liability.

Bennett is a member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Broward County Trial Lawyers Association and Florida Justice Association.

In his spare time Bennett is a dedicated husband and father. He is a member of Rotary International, a service organization devoted to humanitarian service.
