Russell C Virgins

Russell Virgins is a Senior Paralegal with KL Injury Attorneys. Russell brings more than 30 years of experience in highly complex personal injury cases.

He supervises and oversees all aspects of our pre-litigation department, including managing complex medical treatment cases. He works hard to keep things simple and easy for clients while helping them receive fair compensation from property damage settlements.

Russell is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business. Russell found his passion for the law ignited when he was admitted to The National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, GA, an ABA approved post-graduate institute for paralegal studies. Russell graduated with Honors and has put his many talents to use in personal injury since that time. Russell has been helping victims of personal injury in South Florida for over 30 years.

Russell has resided in South Florida for 50 years and is an active member of his community. He has been a volunteer for several local sports organizations, including Little League Baseball, South Florida Travel Baseball, AYFL Football, Coral Springs Hoops Basketball and Coral Springs Youth Soccer. He is the loving father of two children, Sarah and Braydon, and is actively involved in their academic and sports lives. Russell has traveled around the State to support Sarah and Braydon in various tournaments, as they are both high level athletes.

Aside from supporting Sarah and Braydon’s many athletic achievements, Russell also has a passion for motorcycles, golfing, cooking for family and friends, visiting the many wonderful craft beer breweries in South Florida, and plays competitive poker.
